Yep. I never was able to tandem nurse while in the hospital, but it was nice to have the chance to work on positioning etc with an LC while I was there, and I actually nursed them one at a time on the nursing pillow after the first day or two so that we could all get used to it. I think it helped even when I was only doing one at a time.

I did but wasn't able to tandem nurse for a couple of weeks because baby A had to be moved to another hospital for their NICU but once the boys were home I used it and still do

Yes. They basically said don't bother in the breastfeeding class I took beforehand, but I'm glad I did anyway because I ended up using it. I didn't tandem feed every time, but I did it enough and under the supervision of a lactation consultant that I felt confident enough to go home and comtinue, which is what I've been doing since. So I say go for it!
I am in the hospital right now, had my twins Friday night. Didn't expect to tandem nurse them, but my husband is bringing up my twin breast friend this am, because the tandem is working!! Just bring it and leave in the car, you never know, you may use it!
Re: Should I bring Twin Nursing Pillow to Hospital?
I had my Snoogle and I was SO glad I took it. I used it for nursing. I planned to use it for sleep but I didn't sleep while I was in the hospital.
