I signed up for a prenatal yoga class that starts in September. I will be 29 weeks when it starts and 36 weeks when it ends. Has anyone else done the yoga? What did you think? Anything I should know before jumping into it? Thanks
I took yoga, around the same time in my pregnancy as you are in yours. I LOVED it! I would recommend wearing something that is totally stretchable, and that isn't going to get in the way, like a flowy top, and BRING WATER! I didn't my first go at it, and I had to take a water breaks outside and it snapped me out of my zone, in a bad way!!
Also, just relax going into it, and don't worry about what other women are doing, I tend to be a little uptight and uncomfortable working out around other people, but after the about second class, I really loosened up and enjoyed myself.and While I was there I made a few good friends, that I talk to from time to time and catch up with. So don't be shy and Enjoy!
I did prenatal yoga and liked it a lot. Earlier in my pregnancy I thought it was wayy too easy, but by the time I was in my later half of my 3rd tri, it was the perfect way to keep moving and keep loose without too much stress on my body.

I've been taking prenatal yoga for about two months now and LOVE it! I feel so calm and relaxed when I leave. I look forward to it every week.
I plan to continue through the rest of my pregnancy.
