I'm thinking of buying adult diapers.... I am seriously getting pissed each time I have to wake up to pee. I stopped counting the last 2 nights after hitting 10. Its not a tinkle either, its full on emptying the bladder.
Any advice to clog the ole pipes??
Re: Whats your secret to not pee 1000x a night??
I stop drinking fluids after 9 pm. I DO eat ice. I keep a water bottle near the bed if I get thirsty in the middle of the night. This has worked since 30 weeks (now 33).
Not sure if it will work, but worth a shot.
Don't drink anything close to bedtime.
Also, I find the more comfortable I can get when I first go to bed, then the less I toss & turn. It's when I toss & turn that I wake myself up, & then the second I'm the slightest bit awake, I gotta go pee. I've been sleeping sitting up which cuts out the need to flop over from side to side throughout the night.
I don't sleep a lot in general, usually about 6 hrs total, but I usually get up to pee 1-2 times the most.

I usually only wake up once or twice a night.
I try not to drink too much water close to when I'm going to bed, and I sleep on the couch now, which has kept me from tossing and turning, which keeps me from noticing that I have to go in the first place.
Vroom, vroom.

I also try to drink the majority of my fluids before 8pm-ish. My "trick" is to also go pee once as I start getting ready for bed and then once again right before I lie down (about 10-15min in between of teeth brushing, changing, cleaning my face, etc).
If I wake up, I have to go pee, but if I sleep soundly, I'm ok. Typically I wake up once during the night around 2 or 3, but if I'm lucky, I'll see 6am when I wake up!
Sometimes, I'm hilarious.
