Whenever we have showings or an open house DH is working and the boys take 6 hours to go to bed? Why? It's 9:25 and they're both finally asleep. I have hours of cleaning and weeding ahead of me. Ugh.

Like your 3 year old could have decided that the day before your open house was a good day to "modernize" your walls.

Lucky us, we have paint leftover from when we painted the condo last month AND the hubs happened to be helping a friend paint today, so he was able to borrow a roller before he came home. But still.

But most importantly - GOOD LUCK TOMORROW!!!!!!!

Oh, that was last week. I'm sorry!!! haha...I can laugh because Mr Clean Magic Erasers will take that right off!!! Even if it's perminent. Do I sound like I have first hand experience? Liam Sparpie'd our walls once. Then, last week I was like, "buddy??? did you color the walls??" his response, "no, mommy, I did stripes".

Good luck. I'd ignore the weeding and just clean. Xoxo. Realtor with her own home on the market and a bed full of weeds.

Also, when you mop, just keep the super hot water running and rinse instead of dunking. Instead of doing and initial mop and rinse, you're done in one step.
