Re: Dog licking CP

  • We don't have a dog but I let DS be exposed to friend's dogs and let's be honest...there's going to be licking. I will try to limit face, specifically mouth, licking though.

  • i don't have a dog & honestly i hate it & it grosses me out when my friend's/family's dog licks my child. she is also petrified of dogs & literally screams in fear when she sees one
  • I love my dogs, but they drink from the toilet and occasionally snack from the catbox, so no licking is allowed. Dogs are actually kind of gross. I love them, though.

  • My dog kisses everyone and everything (people, other dogs, random cats...) We let her lick DS for awhile but if you don't stop her, she'll keep licking forever! DS isn't any better as he's always trying to put her ears in his mouth...

  • We let our dog lick LO's feet only. No face or hands. LO loves it. Laughs every time.
  • I voted SS because we don't "let" our dog lick her anywhere...  but she does all the time. We are CONSTANTLY telling out dog to stop and it just doesn't seem to last for more than 5 minutes. This is usually when she licks her face. I'd be fine with anywhere else but her mouth specifically. Now, our DD thinks its either funny or she will push the dog away herself.
  • I don't let him lick her...but really for the most part there's no stopping him!  I'll try to get him to stop, but he keeps doing it.
