    With my first child I was in labor but not dilating. They used a foley bulb and told me if it worked we would know in a short time b/c it would fall out. The first resident did not know what she was doing and it hurt like crazy, doc came in and it was painless and easy. Within 10 minutes it fell out and I was dilating in no time, worked well for me!
