I'm going to be having my boys in a few days and I'm wondering was the pp bleeding worse after your twins compared to a singleton? I've had 3 singletons and only usually bleed for about 3 weeks. Just trying to stock up on the last few things this weekend.

I'm 4 weeks out and still bleeding..not a ton but still have to wear a pad. GL!!!!

I have not had a singleton, but My bleeding felt like a regular period for the 1st week, a light period the 2nd week, and I have been spotting the 3rd week. HTH.

It was about the same both times. Heavy for the first few days, lighter for a few weeks after that.

I bled for about 2.5 weeks with my singleton and 4.55 weeks with the twins. I was hoping it would be less since I had a csection with the twins and figured that they'd clean it out more but apparently not.

I am 4 weeks pp and still bleeding, but I think it was the same with my older DD.

This was my experience exactly. I had a c/s.
