Our daughter Penelope cannot have this product now because of a new diagnosis that basically says NO fructose or sugars at ALL! Inulin and FOS are plant based sugars that are used to grow and help "good bacteria" thrive in the gut. In her case she cannot process fructose (HFI) and it can result in nasty liver damage.

Like so many people we bought a ton as soon as we had money available because we always feared running out. Now we have a cupboard filled with tons of products and specialty foods that were actually causing more problems rather than heal her...
