Just wondering...we've never given B any type of juice yet, and I've had so many people tell me different things about diluting it with water. Do you dilute it? I have some Gerber apple juice, and it's waiting in the fridge for when we decide to try it! Thanks!
Re: Do you dilute Gerber juices?
Gerber juices have way less sugar in them than other juices. Maybe they already dilute them a bit. Hmm.....
I do not dilute gerber juice, but will dilute my sons white grape juice that he has everyday to stay pooping
I do 2 oz of juice and 1 oz of bottled water.
It is also fine to not dilute the juices. If my lo is stopped up, I do not dilute.
What exactly is the rationale behind diluting juice? Is it just to give the child less sugar and calories? I honestly have never understood this. Not trying to be snarky, just curious.
