7 month old not eating

My 7 month old daughter has been teething since she was about 3 months and still no teeth have cut through the gums. She's cranky, pulling at her ears and has no appetite for food only her bottle or breast milk. She is pulling herself up and trying to walk on her own. I am just really concerned about her appetite. Any suggestions?

     It could just be her teeth, but if she's running a fever it could be an ear infection.

    Sounds like she is actually starting to cut teeth to me. LO had a low grade fever too with she cut the first tooth at 8 months. If the fever is above 100.5 or lasts more than a day I could call the doctor. When LO cut her first tooth she stopped all solids for two days. Give her some ice cubes or frozen fruit in a mesh feeder. As long as they are drinking more than 24oz/day than i wouldn't worry
