The hormone isn't present in your blood if you're not pregnant (chemical pregnancy is a rare exception) I wouldn't get too concerned if you can't find the heartbeat at 6w3d, that is still very early, the embryo is still VERY small. My doctor had trouble finding my daughter's heartbeat at 8w5d.
Don't lose faith, try to stay positive!
hope all is well!!

Your HCG levels are great. I wouldn't worry too much. Couldn't find the heartbeat on ultrasound or by doppler???? They had a very hard time finding my daughters heartbeaat @ 6 weeks on ultrasound, and to be honest I don't even know if they did it's been 4 1/2 years so I can't really remember, but I remember them having a hard time. 6 weeks is super early, relax... I know it's easy to say and hard to do.
I honestly don't know what the date is, but at some point hcg doubling slows down so you may be at that point. I agree with the poster who asked if they tried with doppler or u/s. If it was doppler, discount that completely because it's absurd they tried. If it was an u/s I would say to keep in mind that the heart starts beating sometime in week 6 so you've got time. Also, how are you dating your pregnancy? If you haven't had a dating u/s, you may not even be as far along as you though. GL.
I would honestly stay positive. Those are great HCG numbers, they don't keep doubling at that point. Not finding a heartbeat that early is also not uncommon.
Are you going back in a week or so to check for growth and a heartbeat??
Mine stopped 48 hour doubling around 6 weeks. At 6w1d my beta was 32000. And the NP didn't find a hb until close to 10 weeks doppler, 8 weeks ultrasound.
Re: honest opinions on numbers.....
