Hi mommies. I wanted to pop in and share the weight loss success I've had this summer with the Jillian Michael's DVDs and the LoseIt app on my iphone. I had my daughter in January of this year and when she was 5 months old, I decided it was time to lose some weight and get back in shape! I started tracking all my food intake on my phone and stuck to 1200-1300 calories per day and then did a month of the 30 Day Shred and a month of Ripped in 30. When it was all said and done, I lost 32 lbs over 4 months. WOO! If a full time working mother of two kids (who was breastfeeding) can do it, so can you!
The best advice I can give is start working out/eating right and STICK WITH IT after a few weeks. So many of my friends started the DVDs but then gave up halfway through and got mad when they didn't see any results. I promise if you stay committed, your hard work will pay off in the end!

She said in the OP that she did 30 days of the 30ds and 30 days of the ripped in 30.
OP- Good Job! I lost about 25 lbs in 4-5 months and have kept it off running. I am planning to do Jillian's 6 week 6 pack, 30ds and run during the winter months.
