Is it possible to get pg on Cycle Day 5? Got weird spotting 2 weeks after period.

Is it possible to get pregnant the day after  your period ends? I've always been very regular with a 28 day cycle except for last month I had a 3 week cycle. On day 5 I had sex. 9 days later on CD 14 I got pink/reddish which turned to brown spotting that only last half a day. (also got spotting 5 years ago but the day period was due when I ended up being pregnant with my son).

I've never had this weird spotting 2 weeks after having my period. Any thoughts? PG test right now says negative but I should techincally get my period for another week now. only on CD 20.

    It sounds like especially because the spotting was on cycle day 14 you experienced ovulation spotting, it isn't all that uncommon. I've had it happen a few time. Do you track your ovulation? That would probably be helpful in your ttc efforts..Good luck!

    I actually got pregnant when I was 24 on CD 7. Despite birth control pill and a condom (that broke). But I also used to ovulate twice a month every 3 or 4 months.

    I'm guessing like pps, that your spotting was ovulation spotting. Or, if you were BDing, you could have caused some bleeding internally from the friction...

    With a 21 day cycle like you had last month, yeah, you could. The rules of charting to avoid pregnancy say that the first 5 days are safe, but not if you have cycles less than 23 (24?) days. Then only the first 3 days are safe. However, since your normal cycle is 28 days, and you had spotting on CD14, it was most likely related to ovulation like the other women said.
