Ugh, up with contractions early this morning...

...that obviously died out. Grrrr. Up from 4-5:15 with painful contractions. Had they lasted another 30 minutes I would have gotten out of bed with them because it was getting hard to be comfortable. But of course, they just completely, all at once, stopped coming. Grrrr...

It's for the best I suppose though, because today is DS's 2nd birthday!!! I would have felt bad/sad completely ditching out on his big day. We are meeting friends for a special breakfast at dunkin donuts this morning - yummmm!!!!! Can't miss out on donuts!!!

Now, if the baby decided to come later in the day, after donuts and presents, that would be perfectly alright - I'm sure they wouldn't mind sharing a birthday, right?

Same thing happened to me on Saturday!!! Which happened to be my DS's 2nd birthday too. My contractions lasted from 4am to 5pm though.

I was so not happy when they stopped. Maybe they'll pick back up later. Good luck!

here too. timeable BHs when i went to bed. when i woke up this morning i felt like i opened one eye to assess the situation and then DRATS, realized nothing was going on. bust.

Same thing happened to me except it was from 2:30-5:30 but they were too far apart to fall back asleep in between! My due date was yesterday and i just wish she would make her appearance already!
