Where are you buying dance and gymnastics leotards?

DD has been in gymnastics for 9 months and LOVES it, so we're continuing this fall and prob next spring. She is currently wearing leotards from Target and Walmart but to be honest, they have not held up well at all. Where would you suggest I look for decent gymnastics leotards that won't break the bank?

She is also starting dance this fall and needs a pink leo, skirt, and tights. And tap and ballet shoes. I will buy the shoes from a local store bc honestly, they're the same price as Payless. But their leotards are much more expensive. Since I have two girls, I would like to buy better quality in hopes that they will last for dd#2. So any good places to look for the skirts, leos, and tights?

We found ours on zulily last year at this time the brand is Eurotard. The quality has been great and she can wear them for a while. Not sure what the regular prices are, but I highly recommend them! They have a website.

I try to stock up when they're on zulily, especially on tights, and have gotten good deals on Eurotard and Danskin brands there.

My other go-to is www.discountdancesupply.com Great site and they have a gymnastics gear too.

Hint: pick up a pair of tan or light toast colored tights when they're on sale if she's in tap since it's "traditional" to wear them in performances.

I have yet to find tights that aren't crap, aside from the pair that I paid $20 for with DD's dance costume for her recital, but the leotards she uses are from target and walmart. I got a plain cheapo one at walmart for like $10 as an extra one, but the main one she used weekly (all year long) was a danskin for about $20 and it washed very well. She could still wear it this year if it fits her.
