My babies 3 normally kick up a storm all day. As in, you see lumps and bumps through my clothes and feel them constantly. Today...nothing. I emailed my nurse about it, but truth be told I felt a TINY roll or bubble post shower. My nurse said if I don't feel them all day I need to let them know. Since then I got the email after hours I ate a Luna bar and some grapes an I felt/saw at least one good kick after that. That should be enough to not stress or call the dr on call, right? I hardly ever feel baby a bc she is waaaaay low, and have only felt baby c once today. B has been facing my spine lately, so that seems like a valid excuse.
Besides making me freak out, why do babies move sooo much one day and then hardly at all the next???

Re: Talk me down, MoM. My first FTM freak out...
Yeah, what's up with this mobile site?! It's new for me. I'm 24 weeks along with identical triplet girls.
My babies do the exact same thing. One day I hardly feel them at all, the next day, it's like they're having boxing match in there! I have a home Doppler so on the days I don't feel them much it makes me feel better to at least hear their heartbeats. I also find that chocolate really gets mine moving or something really, really sweet (candy, icing, etc.).
If you're feeling really uneasy about it, give your Dr's office a call and let them know.

I would def talk to your doctor but in the meantime to ease your mind, I NEVER feel babies A and B (the identicals). Just the way they are positioned and with the little room they have, I can count on one hand how many times I felt definite movement. I feel baby C all the time. I went into the doctor on Friday because I too was freaking out about the lack of movement and all 3 had a great movement and strong heartbeats. I would have thought with 3 babies, I would feel movement 3 times as much but not the case for me.
Today, I also had a scheduled appt and we again discussed the lack of movement I felt and they weren't worried at all. On the screen I could see them wiggling and turning so much but I just don't feel it. They did give me the heads up that I probably wouldn't be feeling much from Baby B due to her positioning... (I will have to remember they said that the next time I freak out).
Hope that helps!
