We had our appointment with our MFM this morning, I really liked the care I recieved there - which I was really nervous about. It won't be personal, but I feel like everyone is really knowledgeable.
We were given an ultrasound to get some measurments on the boys and see how they were growing, and found out Baby B is 21% bigger than A, with slightly more fluid (not a HUGE difference by any means). So, our appointments are being changed to weekly appointments to monitor their growth and fluid levels. They said 20 weeks is a little early to be too concerned, but he's concerned & slightly paranoid and wants them monitored just in case TTTS becomes an issue down the road.
So my question is - where do I go from here? I know they'll be monitored and I'm really hoping Baby A just hadn't hit his weekly growth spurt yet. But, I'm worried. Is there anything I can do/eat that might help them grow better - especially my Baby A. Or is it just really completely out of my control?
Re: 21% growth difference..

I'll definitely be going out and buying either boost or ensure shakes this evening. Thanks for the recommendation! I'm also trying to up my protein to see if that might help too.
They checked the cord dopplers before we left after the ultrasound and she said she'd have him check them out and they would be checking them again next wednesday and would go over the results with us after. So at this point I'm not sure if they are normal or not, I'm assuming if they weren't they wouldn't of sent me home without instructions. I know at their A/S 3 weeks ago, they were within two days of each other and both had 3 vessel cords. But I'm not sure as of today if it was normal flow or not.
I'm just worried at the moment and figured you ladies would be a lot better to ask advice than googling anything.
Good advice already given - I drank Carnation Instant Breakfast for an extra protein boost while I was pregnant. I also made smoothies with yogurt, fruit, and pasturized egg whites.
Good luck - hopefully A catches up! My guys always teetered on the edge of "too much" difference. They were about a pound apart at birth, and now they are the same size.
