We looked at consumer reports and there were only a few cribs which were reviewed. I went to BRU to see the highest rated one, but thought it was actually a bit flimsy and liked another one better (Babi Italia Hamilton Chocolate). I have searched the internet but do not see any really good sites which review this type of stuff. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Re: Looking for a nursery...any good review sites?
This book has been a lifesaver for me. They provide completly unbiased reviews on just about any piece of baby equipment you can think of.

I couldn't agree more. This book was truly a lifesaver when trying to navigate the world of all the "baby stuff" you need (or people tell you that you need). I used it as my one stop review source, with the exception of for car seats - the book gives great reviews on all brands but I did a bit more safety research online also.
Sadly, that is not true. Baby Bargains is a for profit book. The writers have no baby business experience and are in "bed" so to speak with many of the manufacturers and don't like the ones who don't cater to them. They also often dont even test out the products they review.
