S/O the epidemic: do you know how annoying at 24hr urine is

When you're supposed to be on modified bed rest but your only bathroom is upstairs and your refrigerator is downstairs?

I feel like I'm doing anything but "resting." DH is around but he's basically taking care of the kids alone. So me going up and down is the lesser of two evils.

We tried leaving the evil jug on ice in the bathroom but our bathroom is like 100deg and the ice melted really quick.

 

Alright I'll stop talking about my pee now.

    yikes. I pee every 15-20 mins.  that must be miserable!

    We don't have one and I see no point in buying one at this point.

    Had I thought of this the first time I had to do a 24hr (this is my 3rd) it would have been worth it.

     

    Also I think this is torture! Who decided that its cool to make a pregnant woman catch all her pee for a day? Seriously we pee enough...

    I hear you. I did one this weekend. I kept it in a cooler with ice packs. That did the trick!

    I asked for two because last time my last pee that I had to collect almost hit the top.

    The OB just chuckled and said "Well at least I know you drink enough"

    I hate the jug. I had a few visitors the day I took it and my two year old informed them all that Momma's pee was in the fridge. He offered to show them but they kindly declined.
