SS made me cry good

We've been struggling with SS (10 yrs) not showing any emotion regarding our LO (due in Dec) despite asking him & including him in much of the planning. We've heard, from BM so taken w/ a spoon of salt, that he's really upset he'll be replaced, etc. All perfectly normal feelings for any child and especially one who only stays with us on the weekends BUT....

Sunday we (SS & i) were standing in the nursery talking about the decoration ideas I had & all the stuff we need to get done before baby K gets here & he looked at me, look at my belly & said, with a big smile on his face, "I'm so excited for K to get here so I can play with my little brother or sister."

The day before baby was kicking a ton & SS put his hand on my tummy (1st time!) & got a big smile when he felt the kicks.
