I had a King on my caseload once and I went to college with a girl named Princess.
I come from a southern family, and all of us kids were raised to give the titles of "ma'am", "miss", or "sir" to every one. If I ran across this someone with this name, I really don't think I would know how to handle it. "Sir Sir Charles?" Oh dear.

Allen Iverson's mother had another son when AI was on the Sixers. She named that son Mister Allen Iverson.
