Has anyone ever heard of it? My neigbor raves about it, so I ordered it. I eat basically how the meal plan works now. Lots of clean eating. Pregnant or not, I love to work out and burn those cals.

Thank you, yes I saw that. Like I said before, I am very active now, and I don't know what doctor would tell a patient to stay away from fruit, veggies, and lean meats. If I was overweight and never worked out in my life this could be a problem, but I kick boxed my last 2 pregnancies and they are fine.
and btw no diet will say it's okay. I mean, drinking, and crack is wrong, while pregnant, and stupid people do it anyways. Don't really see a problem, if I want to eat chicken, fruits, and veggies while pregnant, and do a 30 minute work out.
