Do you prefer to use a Swiffer wet jet, a mop, or some other gadget to mop your floors? I feel like our Swiffer doesn't get our floors as clean as I'd like. I also found a mopping solution on Pinterest I'd like to try.
Married to my best friend 6/5/10
BFP #1 9/7/10, EDD 5/14/11, Violet born 5/27/11.
BFP #2 4/9/12, EDD 12/16/12, M/C Rory 4/24/12.
BFP #3 10/6/12, EDD 6/16/12., Matilda born 6/17/13.
I have a steam mop but am not sold on it. I like the regular swiffer wet pads better than the swiffer spray mop, seem to do a better job. I'm still looking for the perfect solution.

I use a Rubbermaid Reveal. I like that you can use whatever cleaning solution you wish.
I bought this mop two weeks ago and really, really like it. No buying expensive swiffer refills or solution. The pads are reusable and you mix your own cleaning solution. Easy and less expensive.

I might try the Rubbermaid Reveal. I currently use a Swiffer, but I don't use their solution. For my wood floors, I use Bona cleaner and for my tile I use a spray bottle of Mrs Myers all purpose cleaner mixed with water
We had a steam mop, but I didn't like it. My wood floors are 100 yrs old, it seems like the steam mops work better on newer floors
I have a swiffer that you put the wet pads on just to do a small clean up or if the dogs run thru the house i chase them with it to get the mud off the wood floors. But overall I use an actual mop to mop the entire house.
