  You can often get free tickets to Fearless Childbirth with Momdoulary on the UES.   Doctors and businesses will distribute them - but go early they fill up fast and take waiting lists.  Great class, it shows you how to shorten labor, avoid c-section, comfort yourself, and navigate labor and delivery overall.   If you work with them as your doula, you get all childbirth, parenting, newborn care, and breastfeeding classes for free for up to a year after your baby is born, plus the free breastfeeding counselor.  And they have cool classes like Organizing Your Home and Life for Baby, Birth Ball, Baby Rocks, and Intimacy During the Birth Year and Beyond.  You should check em out and definitely see if you can get free tickets to the Fearless Childbirth class.

  We went to the Childbirth Education Workshop at the Prenatal Yoga Center on 72nd & Broadway. I loved the class, it was very informative, and best of all- it calmed all of my husband's anxieties! Very highly recommended.

  If you will go downtown I would higly recomend Birth Dsay Presence.  It covers everything -we have one class of our 6 series left and I am actually sad its almost over!   https://www.birthdaypresence.net/
