Crampy & Low Back Pain?

Could it just be constipation though? I haven't had a good regular BM in...a while (sorry TMI) so could that cause the little cramps & lower back pain. The cramps aren't bad just enough to be a little uncomfortable, & I don't have any spotting or anything like that.
