Hello ladies!  I figured I would introduce myself today as AF showed up post loss and I guess trying to tell my body that we are moving forward.

My DH and I lost our baby girl at 26 weeks.  My husband and I have a happy 9 year old step son and healthy/happy 20 mo old son.  We lost our first baby girl about a month ago to Trisomy 18.  She was the "first" girl, first grand-baby girl (we have 6 boys on one side, 4 on the other....nobody has a girl yet.  Part of me still thinks that this was our only chance for a girl, and all we will ever have is boys.  We know we want at least one more baby (if possible and able) and we wanted them (our youngest) to be close in age 18-20 months apart.  But didn't work out that way ;-(.  

Our Dr. said we should wait 2-3 months (or one normal cycle) so right now we will be TTA for a few months.  Today I bough some OPK  and will start charting as well.  I'm so glad you ladies are here to talk to as this time around is so different and it's nice to have the extra support.  I wish I could go back to the "easy" days of less heartache and pain and live with out this fear of something going wrong the next time.

    I am so sorry for your loss. While it stinks that you have to be here, I hope you find as much support as I have. These ladies are wonderful. I'm praying that your stay here is a short one!

    4 Losses (2003, 2008, Apr 2012, & Oct 2012)
    All RPL and IF testing with multiple REs = normal

    5 IUIs = BFN

    All AL are welcome

    I am so very sorry for the loss of your little girl. I hope your stay here is short. I too was hoping to have a sibling close in age. We'll see how long that takes. I hope you find encouragement here. The ladies are incredible!

    I am so sorry for your loss. It's never easy... (((HUGS)))

    For charting, I suggest reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility - it goes above and beyond just temping and OPK's. And it helps you learn so much more about your body and the signals for when you're fertile and what not.
