Any advice on purchasing the best triplet strollers? I've done some research and so far it seems that "Triple Decker" made by Double Decker and Peg Perego are amond the top rated. It seems like there aren't as many triple options are there are double...and buying the stroller can make a huge impact when buying car seats. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Re: Best Triplet Stroller?
Figuring out what to do for the stroller was such a tough decision. I did not read great things about the triplets strollers out there and you are right, there is such a limited selection!
I posted this question about 2 weeks ago and based on everyone's advice this is what we decided to do:
For the infant stage: We got the graco quattro duo and a single snap-n-go. If I am with someone then 2 can be in the double stroller and 1 can be in the single and the car-seats adapt to both strollers. I didn't want to have to take 3 infants out of their car-seats every time. For times (if ever) I am alone we got a boba carrier so one baby can be strapped to me and the other 2 in the stroller.
When they can sit up: We plan on getting the valco with a joey seat.
Hope my plan works but have no experience yet. Any triplet mamas out there feel free to critique my plan!
We are thinking of getting a Double Snap-n-Go and a Single Snap-n-go. Using the same strategy as Going_from_miss_to_Mrs using a carrier for the 3rd one if I take them out by myself.
But would love to hear from other triplet moms as well!
We just went this one from target. https://www.target.com/p/the-trio-triple-tandem-stroller/-/A-10541973
We liked that is was way cheaper than the fancy ones, and it folded down like a regular stroller instead of having to take seats off and put them back on and all that crap.
We got a double and single snap and go. When I was alone 2 were in the double and I wore one in my Beco. Did this till 6 months.
We then got the Peg I liked it for about a day then I relized it was to big to fit in most places. So we then got the Valco with the Joey and it is perfect sold the Peg and very happy with the Valco it can hold all 3 or 2 or with the ride on board even my 3 year old can ride on it.
Mine are still in there baby seats and we just move them to back of car to get them out and in to Valco.
