If you use Bank of America?????

We just switched our account from California to NM.  And I am trying to do the same for all of our bills and automatic payments.  All of my bills show up in the new account online, but it doesnt give me the option to take the money out of a different account.

Do you know how to change that?

    For some reason, the out of state thing is ALWAYS an issue. We opened our accounts in NY, and live in NJ now, and it is always a problem. Call customer service I guess.  Otherwise, you have to fill out an out of state slip every time you go in.

    I don't know about BOA, but I work for another bank.  I am not sure I understand you correctly but I will take a stab at it.

    In most cases, once you set up payments it is only set up on one account.  If you want to pay bills out of a different account you would need to set up all of the payments under that account.

    I have found that you can only pay bills out of your primary acct.  In order to pay from a diff acct, just pay from primary and transfer money into the other acct.

    We are in CA and can pay the bills from which ever account we want. Not sure why that would be different in NM.
