Court Tomorrow...

We had agreed to temporary orders, and we've been operating by them. However, when it came time to sign and actually MAKE them temporary orders, SD didn't sign. So, my attorney has petitioned the court to force the orders into play. We'll see how tomorrow goes. But, near as I can tell, it's a win win for me. Not sure what is going through his head. It's a really good agreement given the age and circumstances.
