Birthplace tour

Baring any complications we plan to deliver at Fairveiw Southdale.  Has anyone done the birthplace tours there. Our they worth the time or is it just showing you the rooms and delivery area?

    We recently took the Fairview Southdale birthplace tour. There were parts of it that were boring but since this will be our first baby, it was nice to get some questions answered by the nurse who did most of the tour (when I can get an epideral, where does the family stay while they wait, etc).  It was also kind of nice to find out where we park for easier access, etc.  If it's your first, I would recommend doing it (keeping in mind some of it is kind of boring :)  but if it's not your first I guess the choice is up to you.
