I need to lose some weight. I've started walking on the treadmill for 20 minutes a day and taking DD on a bike ride everyday. My goal is to lose 40lbs by X-mas. Wish me luck ladies.
Good luck and i am right there with you. Except I need to lose about 25. For some reason it just doesn't move even when I am eating right and doing all the right things. But congrats on getting going!! that is the hardest part for sure. I am so out of shape I can't breath on a 5 mile bike ride!!
Im with you ladies. I want to take off like 20 lbs. Im 14 away from pre-baby, but I want to do 20 just so I can fit my LBD. I started my diet monday and so far I made it over the 3 day hump... and I feel good, and I worked out yesterday for like 30 min.
I know a lot of ppl will say it is unhealthy, but I am doing Atkins. It's worked before... so I am hoping it will again. Here's to a bunch of skinni mommies!!
I realize this is a few days late, but good luck! I've started doing exercise videos with my daughter (she just dances), and I am hoping to lose around that much by Christmas as well.
