PSA: Britax Marathon at lowest price

We were going to get the Boulevard but I just saw on my FB feed that the Britax Marathon just dropped to the lowest price ever at 27% off. Is there a reason to get the Boulevard instead or should I just get this one? TIA!

    But you can get the marathon for $199 on albeebaby.com right now.

    Do you pay tax and/or shipping on albee baby? I have never tried them.

    No tax or shipping. Its not the g3 but its not a big difference at all. We got our boulevard 70 cs for $240.

    I replied to your post on 6-9 as well... :)

    I just clicked your link, and it says it's only 25% off. :)

    I bought the Boulevard, because I like the idea of the extra protection from the wings. According to the Britax site, the Marathon only has "Side Impact Protection" while the Boulevard has the "True Side Impact Protection". IMO, $25 extra is worth it for the added protection. In crash tests, side curtain airbags have been shown to NOT protect children in car seats.

    Plus, on the vain side, I liked the "Caitlin" pattern better than any of the pink options in the Marathon, Advocate or Pavilion.

    ETA: I got the same deal on amazon (same discount, same free shipping)  that you can on albeebaby... so I think you'd be ok going either place. :)
