I'm not sure if this has ever been posted before or not, but Women's Hospital has an amazing support group that's free and open to the public. They meet once a week on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. for an hour and a half (although people are always coming in late or leaving early) for anyone with a baby under a year - you don't have to have delivered there to be able to come.
Robin and I have been going for a few weeks now and it has been so, so good for both of us and for the babies. Sometimes the topics are great and sometimes not so much - but it's always worth going even if the only reason is because it gets you out of the house. And it's totally stress and guilt free - no one cares if your baby screams the whole time or you have to change a diaper or anything like that.
So come and join us
Re: PSA for those with a baby under 1
