Anyone thinking about the next baby yet?

I couldn't resist and just bought a newborn outfit ... I'm sure I'll change my tune when she starts crawling and getting into everything but I can't wait for our next little one.

    We have three and I'm so done!! My youngest two are 2u2 and it is so much harder than I thought.

    I originally was of the "one and done" mindset but the past few days I have been thinking about having another, mostly so that DS will have a sibling to play with. The only things that are making me hesitant are the fact that I really was miserable for the entire duration of my pregnancy and I don't want to have to go through the nonsense we went through to get pregnant in the first place. Granted it was nothing.compared to a lot of IF couples but I had a very difficult time emotionally dealing with it in terms of shame and whatnot.

    DH and I had this conversation last night, because I started emailing him links to vasectomy clinics :) DD has been such a challenge I am not sure I am up for it again. I loved being pregnant but having a newborn has been so hard. I need at least a few years to gear up for a repeat. Plus I would like to finish my masters. But right now the thought of another terrifies me!

    This question has entered my mind as being AMA (advanced maternal age) we don't have a huge time frame to choose to have a second. Of course, the other side of it is the financial stuff. I've been essentially severely underemployed for over a year and it's put is in an awful money spot. Even though I told DH to remind me of how awful I felt the last month of pregnancy if I said I wanted a second, part of me really wants another. Time (a relatively short amount of time) will tell!

    I'll admit that I have.  She is just growing so fast!  Tiny babies are so adorable!  I do recognize that my daughter is exceptionally good natured, so the next one might be a different story...  I had a c section and would like to do vbac next time, so the plan is to wait until LO is 2 years to start ttc again, as advised by my ob.

    Definitely, but only because we have 6 frozen embryos. We kind of want to start the process for an FET sometime earlyish next year since it may take a few cycles for us to transfer, and we may have to do a few transfers before something sticks.  However, if none of those frozen embryos stick, we are going to be 1 and done.  It is a REAL long shot for us to naturally conceive and I don't want to go through IVF again.

    I think about it but my dh will never go for it! Our kids are 4, 2.5 and 12 weeks. It's a lot of work but I would love just one more. I'm 31 and I think maybe in 2 years or so I wouldn't mind ttc again before advanced maternal Age. Dh was good with 2 but agreed to 3. No way he would be up for a 4th but you never know...

    I think about it almost every day and I have twins!  I can't have another baby (emergency hystorectomy during c-section) so now it's all I can think about.  We had plans to have at least one more and now not being able to do that is making things so much harder....

    Yep.  DH was ready when DD was 1 week old.  My ob wants us to wait to TTC until she is 9 months so there would be 18 mos between deliveries.  I had a c/s and will have another one so that will be interesting having an 18 mo old..if it happens that fast since it took a year for this one.  I will be 35 this year so the sooner the better.  Although it would be nice to wait to have a May baby again.  It was a great time to have a baby.

    My /Chart; BFP 3/8/11 CP 3/16/11; 7/11 HSG & S/A both clear;
    Cycle 12~ 50 mg Clomid=BFP 9/9/11, Beta #1=280 & Beta #2=1513, 6w3d hb=122 bpm/ 8w2d hb=186 bpm/12w2d could not hear hb had a 3rd u/s and got to see the hb. 16w2d heard the hb! 156 bpm. A/S 1/3=girl

    We just had a conversation last night about this.  We discussed for the first time since DS was born of having one more.  We don't want to have a big age gap between them (my DD is 5yrs older than DS) but I am going back to school again which will take 3 years.  We're not sure where to squeeze the next one in yet.  I would love to start trying when DS is 1yr old but I don't think that will fit into my school timeline.  We will see :)

    We are "thinking about it" in terms of when would be best to start TTC again, but not in terms of "are you ready yet hon?!?" lol.  I think we will probably start TTC next summer-ish, so there will likely be two years between the children, maybe more if it takes a while again (it took just under a year to conceive #1).  I would like 3 kids and would like have them all by the time I'm 35, and I'm 30 now, so while we aren't in a huge hurry we do have to plan accordingly.

    DS born June 1st (our due date was May 30th so I never left you ladies) is our first child.  DH and I both have sibling.  I am the oldest of 4 girls and he is the youngest, 1 older sister and 1 older brother.  We both want another child we grew up with siblings and we would love for Ryan to have one.  Our famillies talk about us having antoher child more then me and DH do LOL.... DH and I said when we have another if its a girl we would be blessed with one of each, if we have a boy then we would try one more time for a little girl but if it ends up we have 3 boys then I am lucky either way!  No more then then 3 I don't think LOL....

    We haven't decieded when we would like to start on our next but we do both agree we want our son Ryan to enjoy his time with us now so maybe a year or so.  I have to admit I thoroughly enjoyed having Ryan in June I was home all summer, we weren't cooped up in the house cause of bad weather, and DH is a teacher so he was home with us as well which the extra hand def. helped too!! So maybe we will try next year but I guess only time will tell!

    Im shooting for a january 2014 baby so we will start trying very soon. My dr said i have to wait atleast till ava is 7 months due to my post eclampsia. He wans to make sureits completely out. Good luck to you ladies that will be trying soon
