I might be crazy, but DH and I are considering 3u3. We'd need a new car as my Toyota Highlander only allows for 2 carseats. So, what do you drive and give me pro's and con's please!
used '06 Town and Country. Love it because it is more spacious than either my car or DH's car. Both side doors open with the push of a button, my toddler can look out the front of the car from the back seat and it has a well in the trunk to store the stroller. I love it and the front seats are comfy. The back seats are not so much, but I figure that my kids won't be sitting in the actual seat for years to come.
We have a Honda Odyssey. I love it for the same reasons the PP loves her town and country. I will agree with the other PP that there are SUV's out there that will accommodate three car seats, but what is hard to fit in an SUV is the stuff that goes along with them.... No SUV can match the Interior space that a minivan can give you, gas milage is a plus too! Our other car is a honda civic, we don't see a reason to have two vans.
honda pilot - we can do either all 3 in hte middle row or right now we have ds1 in the 3rd row then ds2 and ds3 in the middle row. Ds3 hates his carseat so if dh is with us I sit in the back next to ds3. The 3rd row is a split so I can still put our city select plus other stuff back there. I love our pilot and would not trade it for anything
We currently have a Kia Optima and a Nissan Sentra. Yep, two sedans. I'm not recommending this at all, just pointing out that you don't HAVE to get a new car to accomodate 3u3. We are getting a minivan soon, but for now, I fit my three kids and a double stroller in my tiny little Sentra. I imagine you could do the same in a Highlander, if you wanted to keep your vehicle and got the right carseats.
I don't have 3u3, but we have used our Hyundai Entourage to transport 3u3 on more than one occasion. I really like that the back seat doesn't have to fold down as one unit, but can be considered two separate seats when folding it into the floor.
I don't have 3u3 but I do have three kids. We have a GMC Acadia and could put three carseats in it if we had to.
I love love love it.
We don't have 3u3, but we have the Acadia. I have fit 4 car seats in my car on several occasions. 3 of which were RFing and 1 was FFing. If we ever had 3 we definitely wouldn't need a different car.
we have 2u2 expecting our 3rd in feb.. i just got a dodge grand caravan.. i used to have a jeep patriot.. but i LOOOVEEE the space its a gas saver.. and the screens are the cherry on top of the cake.. i actually have quiet while driving(most of the time lol).. and also i have two SS (15&12) so either way i knew i need to upgrade!..

We have the Ford Expedition EL. it's amazing and we love it. A car pulled out in front of us last year and we swerved to miss (but hit him anyway) then hit a ditch. Our whole family came out with nothing but a few scratches. We live in a very rural setting though and need something built on a truck frame. When we were car shopping we tried a few vans and loved the Toyota van and surprisingly the Volkswagen van. Good luck!

We don't have 3u3, but we do have a Honda Odyssey and we love it. We know that we could fit a third or even a fourth kid in there if we needed.
Plus, Hondas are extremely reliable. My husband is a very experienced car guy, and he loves Hondas and Toyotas. You see both Odysseys and Toyota Siennas on Craiglist with 200K+ miles on them... and they still run great. They are really built to be used a lot.

Before we got the Odyssey though we had a Chevy Equinox. We did have to buy a Radian carseat though to fit 3 carseats.
My sister has her twins and the 3 year old in a Jeep Liberty-
I can do 3 across in my camry.
