I made ours, and then when I ran out of time to make all that I needed I ended up getting some from vistaprint.com They turned out much cuter than I had thought they would and we got 20 for free!
We did ours from shutterfly. I order everything from there. They give me lots of free stuff and great discounts I guess cause I order so much lol.
This!! I've ordered a ton from shutterfly and usually only pay shipping or a small amount over (they always have amazing deals) and the quality is awesome. I've never been unhappy with a product.

I found a design I really like on Etsy. The site is that of a graphic designer. I send her my picture and birth details. She turns around a proof and then sends me a high res file with full rights for something like $15. I'll then get the announcements printed at Costco.
Re: Where did you get your birth announcement from?
I used tinyprints.com for my older daughter and I really love how they came out.
I have gift certificates to shutterfly that I am saving to use for the twins announcements.

they were pretty nice and inexpensive, too.
