I've been MIA from this board for a while, researching adoption and taking a much-needed tx break. The last few months (non-treatment cycles) pain during menses has increased steadily, but also pain, a sense of "fullness" in my abdomen, and generally a lot of pressure around ovulation time. The fullness and pressure makes it feel like I cannot fully empty my bladder, like I constantly have to pee, even after I just went. The mid-cycle pain has increased over the last few months just as the cramping has.
So, I wonder if it might be endo. If you have endo, what are your symptoms? And I wonder who I should call for an exam and evaluation of this pain: my regular OBGYN (I am overdue for an annual PAP) or my RE.

I don't think you could go wrong calling either your RE or your OB/GYN-- they must both be aware of various issues with women's plumbing and should both be equipped to diagnose and treat whatever it is that's causing so much discomfort.
It may even be something as simple as putting you on the Pill until your ovaries calm down a bit.
