I shaved my stomach this weekend...and other tales of horror

I thought you ladies would get a kick out of this and there is LITERALLY no one else I can tell who would "get it."  In preparation for my husband coming into town Saturday (after being away for two, long months) I shaved the peach fuzz off my tummy (thanks baby) and then plucked the hair from my upper lip (thanks again baby). 

I couldn't Nair it, its not thick enough for wax so plucking and shaving.  I sure hope it goes away after I have the baby otherwise I'll become a circus act--the bearded lady!

    hahahah! glad to know i'm not the only one....i found a rogue hair on my cheek this weekend...felt like a beard hair.  Never had one of those before!  Thank goodness for tweezers ;)

    Oh me too! Its an awful awful side effect isn't it? Luckily I haven't had any on my face yet but my belly has! It embarrassing! And no one really wants to look at your lip when they know, its the belly they wanna see!

    This weekend as I was driving to the fair, my husband reached over and plucked out the one long hair growing out of my neck mole. I have offically become an old scary lady.

    I get weird hair growth during pregnancy, too. I'll never forget having an u/s at 31 weeks and looking down at my bump, only to see a single black hair right blow my naval. Ewwwww. I agree with pp...thank goodness for tweezers!

    I just noticed this past week that on the very top of each foot, I had a long hair growing.  I've never had hair on my feet, and these were single, blonde hairs.  It freaked me out.  And OMG did it hurt plucking it.  There's hardly any cushion on the top of your foot!

    So funny :) I'm basically getting my entire face threaded tomorrow because I have so much hair on my lip and chin and am in my sisters wedding this weekend.  Threading works amazingly for those tiny hairs but hurts a little.

    Yesterday I plucked a lone dark hair that was growing near my belly button. It came out of no where and just kept growing! Yuck!

    I have the belly peach fuzz too!!  I thought I was just imagining things.. that maybe I never noticed it before, but yup it's there.  As far as facial hair.. I need to do a closer inspection.   For the record I have a scar right along the tip of my chin.. sometimes i get a dark hair or two growing out of it (gross, I know).  I call them my "witch whiskers".   They appear, pregnant or not, and I tweeze them right away! I'm used to them, but I'm worried about where these WW's will show up with all these hormones!!  Yikes!!
