Resident tried to stick US wand up my butt!!!

I had an RE appt this AM and they wanted to do a transvag ultrasound to confirm I ovulated. The resident started to move the wand and TWICE she tried to put it up my butt, TWICE I about jumped off the table and she finally got it right.
I was just about to say something and the u/s tech was just about to come over (I think she could tell something was not right!).
The rest of the ultrasound was uneventful and as soon as they left the room I busted out laughing trying to tell DH what had happened.
Pretty sure that was her first ultrasound EVER!!!

That is crazy! I don't know how you could confuse the 2...

...Lurking from IF but just had to comment. This happened to me as well, also with a resident, but I don?t live in Alabama so there is more than one confused doctor out there!!! It actually happened on two separate occasions with the same female doctor. Both times I actually had to say, ?Oh, wrong hole!?

Beta #1 @ 10dp6dt = 265; Beta #2 @ 14dp6dt = 1251.
1st U/S @ 6w2d showed one perfect little heartbeat!
2nd U/S @ 7w2d. HB 132 & everything measuring on track.
Our beautiful little girl arrived January 2015!
Oh no! At least I'm not the only one! I actually don't live in Alabama anymore (can't figure out how to change that under my profile pic). Currently in Chicago. I go back again this week and if I have the same resident I'm going to ask to insert the wand myself!! Also, if it's the same ultrasound tech, I'm thinking about filling her in on what happened - I'm sure she would love to provide some constructive feedback to the know-it-all resident!
