A little excited... and a little disappointed

Went to doctor today- 11 days until my due date.  Had final growth ultrasound because of 2 valve umbilical cord.  Baby girl is doing GREAT!  Estimated weight 6 lbs 15 oz. and she is growing perfect- everything looking good.  Followed U/S with another NST and while she is not as active as she has been, she is still doing well there too... and then onto another cervical check...

STILL 0 cm dialated, and my cervix is actually hiding out behind her head, so there is nothing pushing down on my cervix to dialate me... a little disappointing.

So, we're going to continue to ride this thing out a little further, but went ahead and scheduled an induction for the night of 8/26.  Doctor doesnt want me going any further past my due date because of the cord issue.  So, excited that we have a end date in mind, but still hoping she might come on her own before then.

 Anyone else get news/have updates today?

    My news was that there was no news. I'm still not dilated and his head is also in front of my cervix, so he's not making things any faster. I just keep telling myself that I will not be pregnant in September, so that's my light at the end of the tunnel :)

    I'm still not getting cervical checks, so I'm glad I'm not getting my hopes up nor am I devastated that nothing is happening. I prefer to remain blissfully unaware and assume that my body is doing what it needs to do! Growth scan today showed that everything is great, 2 weeks ago her abdomen was measuring in the 35th percentile but it seems fine now. Baby has an eviction date of 8/4 if she's not here on her own before then. I can accept that, seeing as I've just been hoping they'd let me hit 40 weeks before talking induction, but it turns out they're happy with 41 (I have some high risk issues).
