I'm experiencing more and more morning sickness (whomever named it morning sickness should be shot - it's all day, every day!)... I feel better if I am constantly eating a little bit of food here and there - is this normal? Most posts I read seem to be about people who can't eat at all, and that is most definitely not the case for me. Am I doomed to gain a billion pounds? Any other sure fire solutions to helping get rid of the nausea? Advice gratefully accepted!

I start to feel sick if I go more than 2-3 hours without food, so I usually just munch on a few crackers or something to keep food in my stomach. I'm looking for easy snack options especially when I'm at work, it's hard to be eating all day when you have stuff to do!
Try to make good food choices and keep the grazing down to just what you need so you don't overeat (I felt sick when I pigged out on Saturday). There are always home remedies to try for m/s, you could try those as well to lengthen the time between meals.
Sorry you're feeling sick!! You're not alone!

I feel the same way. If I don't eat often I can feel the nausea start to come on. I try to have snacks around all the time, but like someone else said it's very hard at work. (I work in a NICU and we're not supposed to have food on the unit, so its not always easy to get out for a snack) I've seen a few people mention that the wintergreen lifesavers really help. Today was my first day trying it and I have to say, it did help. I started to wonder if I just wasn't feeling the m/s today, but nope as soon as I got home it has kicked in...
I also found that the Simply Naked pita chips work wonders. I've been eating them instead of saltines or crackers and I enjoy them much better and I think they work better.
i literally pack a snack arsenal for work. i have at least 2 snacks ready for before and after lunch bc if i get too hungry, i feel sick. so the second i feel hungry i eat something.
luckily i'm not gaining a crap ton of weight yet;)
