C/s was at 10 am Monday. Showered 8 am Tuesday, mostly because I waited till my mom came back to the hospital to help me (no one was allowed to stay overnight).
I probably could've showered around 12 midnight Monday night.
I had DD at 9am and I could have showered the next morning. But my nurse on duty was very un-helpful and I wasn't sure how to do it myself, so I kind of wiped myself down. I took a full shower the following morning, so 2 days pp, and it felt awesome. I wasn't in any shape to shower the next day anyway, I had just had my catheter taken out and was still pretty unsteady on my feet. Day 2 was a lot better.

BTW, I took a shower in the morning right before we went to the hospital. I had a scheduled c/s so didn't go through labor. I might have felt differently if I had been in labor for hours and hours.
I showered the next morning. I needed DH's help to wash my legs/bottom half and help to put back on my awesome mesh underwear and pants. I felt like a new person once I showered!
I showered the following afternoon. I had to wait until after the catheter was removed. I would have been able to get the catheter removed the same day as the c-section (and would have been able to shower) if I wouldn't have vomited so much after the c-section. They wanted to keep measuring my urine output until they were sure I was taking in enough fluids on my own.
One of the nurses did wash the lower half of my body on the same day as the c-section.
I had my RCS on a thursday at noon and showered friday morning. The nurse helped me get back into the mesh panties, but I was able to do everything else myself. It was fantastic:)
My c/s was at 8:30am, and I could have showered that night if I'd really wanted to, but I was still a bit wobbly from the spinal. I showered the next morning.

I had DD at 5pm on Wednesday and showered around 8am Thursday morning. I begged for the catheter to come out ASAP and to not be hooked to the blood pressure machine as soon as the 6am nurse came in. I hated being stuck in bed.

I sure didn't feel like it, but I took a shower the next day. The nurses wanted me up and walking and suggested the shower as well.
