Joovy Big Caboose Double Stroller with Sit and Stand Tandem

I found a used one on Craig's List for $100.  Is it worth it?  Or is the stroller too bulky and should I just skip it all together?  My little girl will be three when the twins arrive.  Thanks for your input!

    I tried one in the store, my daughter will be three also. It was ridiculous! It is huge and very hard to steer.

    This exactly.  DS1 was 27m when the twins were born.  I tried it in the store and it was fine if I was going straight, but to turn (without any babies in it) was nearly impossible.

    Skip it. We bought one off CL and then resold it on CL. It's huge and very hard to steer.
