TTC After a Loss

I don't know why I waited a week to join....I think maybe I wasn't ready to think about TTC just yet. I went in on 7/31 for a check-up and instead of finding a 10 week w/a heart beat, we found out that the growth stopped at 7 weeks and we had no heartbeat. I chose to take the cytotec on 8/2. It seems kind of cruel that I would get my BFP the day before father's day and then lose the day before DH's birthday. Anyway, I had an u/s on 8/7 where it was confirmed the cytotec worked. I continued spotting off and on up until yesterday...but I could be wrong. Just when I think I'm done, I'm wrong.
I was told that it was preferred I wait until after my first AF, but if we didn't, no worries. I think just for charting purposes. My cycles were never even after I stopped the pill. I had one cycle and got pregnant two months later with no AF, so I am not sure how long it will take this time. I am 34 and the time bomb is ticking. I am terrified to go through another loss, but I want a lo so bad before I hit 35. I think right now we are just going to see what happens rather than activley try with charting.

I am so sorry for your loss. I waited a bit before introducing myself over here, too, but I am so glad I did. The ladies here are so supportive and it is so important to know you are not alone. I hope you find just as much support as I have here. And hopefully, you won't stick around here too long!

Diagnosed w/ endometriosis 12/2010 Laproscopic surgery & 6 months of Lupron
BFP 12/17/2011,EDD 8/23/12,ectopic discovered 12/29/11 at 6 weeks recieved methotrexate
Dec '12 HSG & ultrasound showed abnormalities & more endo. Laproscopic surgery in January '13 showed significant damage & scar tissue from Endo. IVF is our best shot to concieve our rainbow.
June '13 Decided to go the adoption route!

BFP #3: 10/2011 ectopic 11/2011 (right tube removed, learned left tube was probably nonfunctional due to scar tissue from infection after m/c)
3 failed IUIs, IVF #1: 18R, 12M, 10F, 3 poor quality 5d embryos transferred= BFP #4!!!!!
Betas: 9dp5dt: 64 ~14dp5dt: 91 (expecting miscarriage, doubling time of 236 hours) ~16dp5dt: 200~18dp5dt: 500
First Ultrasound at 6w2d revealed two sacs, only one with a heartbeat
LK arrived after 42 weeks on August 14, 2013! Beautiful, healthy, and happy!
TTC#2: IVF booked for April 2015
Surprise BFP#5 February 19, 2015 EDD: November 2, 2015
Betas: 10dpo: 10, 14dpo: 77, 17dpo: 270
First Ultrasound at 5w1d showed a miracle UTE baby! And right ovary ovulation to left fallopian tube.
JD arrived at 38 weeks on October 20, 2015.
