Boy or girl preference?

I know that all of us would be extremely happy with either a little boy or a girl. But, I know that in the back of a lot of people's minds there is a little preference right now. Even if the opposite were to happen we would all be happy but what is your preference as of right now? Is it the same as your DH/SO?

To answer my own question-
Ever since I was little I always wanted to have a boy first. DS was born in December and we couldn't be happier. I always envisioned having a girl after the boy. This is probably because I have a brother who is only a year and a half older and we are best friends. I loved having the older protective brother and would love that for our next child!
Saying this though I would also LOVE having another little boy close in age to DS. They could play in the mud together and just be little boys.
DH agrees with me that either boy or girl would be perfect so we'll see come November!

I want a girl soooooo bad. Of course a little boy would be great too, but if I could pick I'd choose a girl!
DH wants a boy, of course.
Started TTC July 2012. Missed m/c & d&c 9/12 11w. Natural m/c 1/13 6w. Chemical pgs 3/13 & 8/13 around 4w. Currently TTA while saving for adoption.

For the longest time ever I only wanted boys. I don't have any sisters and don't always enjoy the presence of other women. I hate the color pink, am athletic and frankly just don't understand women, but after having two boys I'm finally onboard and desire to have a daughter.
Every weekend when I shoot a wedding, I cry during the mother//son dance. I understand that children grow up and you cut the apron strings, but it seems like there is just so much more of a severance with sons. I want a daughter that I'm hopefully able to cultivate a relationship that will keep us close.

I really can't decide! Here's my thinking...
I would love a girl because then I'll have two little girls that are 17 1/2 months apart - I grew up always wanting a sister so I think this would be great!
But then I would also love a boy for my husband since we already have a girl.
But since my husband is 50/50 on having a 3rd child I'm thinking he won't want a 3rd if we have a boy. And I'm really wanting 3 so I don't want him to shut it down after having a boy.
But I know if we have 2 girls our chances of having a 3rd girl are pretty much 98% lol!
So basically I'm 50/50 on what I want, which is a good thing because those are my odds
Ditto!!! I just think dressing up a little girl would be sooo fun - of course watch her turn out to be a total tom-boy... :-P

I really want one of each at some point. I would love to have a little girl right away, but for some reason I'm guessing this is a boy.
DH wants a boy.
I'm so ready for a girl! I've always had dreams of two daughters, and we just knew before DS was born he was a boy (although we didn't find out via ultrasound or anything).
So I'm hoping for a girl. I need some estrogen up in this house. Also, we have girls names ready to go, but no boys names. He'd be a nameless baby!
We already have a son so we would love to have a girl. Although DS wants a brother.
However, part of me would love having 2 boys though. Either way this will be our last child.
Ditto! I lean girl mostly because my SIL is due in 2 months & they're having a girl - I think it'd be great to have them both be girls since they'll be so close in age. Plus, I'm 100% committed to a girl name & am still really up in the air on a boy's name. . .
I honestly don't know which one I would prefer. I go back and forth between boy and girl all the time.
DH would love a boy. He says he would like all boys from now on because he's already got his daddy's girl.

This! I will be so happy either way, but I always wanted a sister. I have a TON of terribly cute clothes that I would love to use again! Since my due date is the same as it was with DD, I should be able to use the clothes again.
I really don't know if I could commit to one or the other. I wanted a girl so badly with our DS and we ended up boy. I'll admit the u/s was a little bittersweet. However, now that he's here, he is the best, sweetest, most WONDERFUL little boy and I find myself thinking I just want all sweet baby boys.
I think if this is a boy, I'll be able to convince DH to go for #3 in hopes for a girl. So I guess I hope this baby is a boy (but not, at the same time... haha).

DS was born in April, so financially it would be nice to have another boy - already got the gear AND the clothes would be all the right seasons! Plus, the whole brothers-close-in-age thing, and I've been told by several people that I'm a good boy mom. Whatever that means.
However, even though we're planning on having a few more children, DH's family is ALL boys and I'm terrified I won't have a girl ever, so I wouldn't mind a girl to ease my mind.
And actually, my sister's DD was born in May, so we'd be set with clothes either way!
