  Hello, 

  I'm looking for some close by mothers. This is my first pregnancy and we're having a hard time pinning down the due date as we aren't sure when i conceived. First they said December 1st Now they say September 23rd and i'm not sure what i'm doing and could use a friend who is going through the same thing or has been through it before. 

  Also i'm hoping to find possible playmates for my daughter after her birth...i'm not sure how long parents generally wait before setting up play dates but i'v heard the socializing with others their age is important. 

  My daughter is already almost a year old so although playdates probably wouldn't work, I can only imagine ur frustration at trying to pin down a due date. But I guess I'm a little confused...sept 23rd as in like a month and a half from now? There is a huge huge huge difference in development between a baby due in sept and one due in dec. did you have an ultrasound at the beginning of ur pregnancy? And just to help you with dates, I conceived on dec 23rd and gave birth at just shy of 40 weeks on sept 14th. So if a conception in dec was not possible, I doubt you have a sept baby.

  Unfortunately i wasn't aware of the pregnancy till around March and had no medical insurance so its pretty much taken me this long trying to correct that. i only went to my first doctors appointment last month and though i don't think i conceived in December the pictures from my ultrasound show the baby as being pretty packed in and pretty developed.
