Ass Cramps!

A few days ago I started getting aweful pains shooting down my inner thigh that makes it impossible to stand. Yesterday I started getting cramps in my butt. But after it starts in my butt, my inner thigh starts to get those pains at the same time. I look like a fish out of water trying to find a position that makes it stop. DH just laughs at me and asks if there is anything he can do. I can't help but to laugh to after the pain subsides. Anyone else have this issue??
