50/50 chance of getting it right lol. I'd save the money and do some of the fun (and free!) old wives tests later on -- peeing in the baking soda, the ring test, etc.

Peeing in the baking soda? What's that one?
You mix a little bit of pee with some baking soda. If it fizzes it's supposed to mean boy, and if it doesn't that means girl.
There is absolutely nothing in your urine that will tell a test whether it's a boy or girl. The only thing in your urine is hcg which says you are pregnant. While these tests could be fun they have no scientific basis. Save your money and wait for 20 week scan

These are crap...however my cousin who is 6 weeks ahead of me found a local ultrasound place that does 3D and promises "Money back guarantee" to get the sex right when baby is 14 weeks or later. She found out it was a boy and it was confirmed at her OB later. I don't feel the need to drop $100 to find out 6 weeks early but some people NEED to know!
I tried this for my first and it was total crap lol. It said it was a boy and when we went in a few weeks later for the u/s it was a girl! I couldn't believe the technician...I was like, "no...look at it again" lol.
My SIL did it at 10 weeks and it was right. It's a 50/50 crap shoot haha. I'm pretty sure your body doesn't produce different hormones that can be detected with a pee test which will indicate the gender of your baby. That being said, I'm sure some people would find this test fun to do! I think I'll hold off because I don't believe in the results and I think the test would make me more anxious for my A/S lol.
Oh no, I was talking about the one that checks your DNA. I have just decided to wait. I am probably going to get a CVS done anyways, and I know that will determine the sex. I had one with my son bc we had some issues on both sides of the fam that we needed to work out. WIth this baby, we want to have it done, bc our baby girl was born with some issues, and we were able to prepare for that. So ehhhhhh...... No test! lol
Re: Pink or Blue gender test!!!!!!
I've seen these. I think they'd be fun, but you shouldnt trust them!
