My DD doesn't want to wear a diaper or potty train :/

I've noticed lately DD prefers to be naked. She wears cloth diapers, if she pees in them, she'll just take it off herself or if she poops, she'll come tell me. But to get another diaper back on, I literally have to chase her around to catch her, then hold her in place just to get it on, she fights every step of the way. She was never like this before. And she refuses to sit on the potty chair, she would rather pee on the floor.

My 1st DD was so much easier. She was potty trained at 2 and night trained by 2.5, and was in panties during the day at this point. (27 months). I know all kids are different, but geez! I would love to have her potty trained by the time this next baby comes at the end of Jan/very beg. of Feb.
