Frozen BM Question

I have some breast milk in the freezer from late May and early June. DC starts back in three weeks. Should it be ok to use then or should I thaw it and give it to DD now? It's just been in a regular old freezer attached to the fridge. Thanks:)

    It's supposed to last up to 6 months in a regular freezer I believe.  Check kellymom.com

    It will be fine to leave it frozen. Em drank my frozen milk in December that I pumped in June.
